What is cliply?
A quick tour of what cliply does and who it's for.

cliply is the video analysis room for coaches and analysts. It takes you from raw match footage to the clips that change how your team plays — capture, tag, review and share, all in one workflow.
If you've ever scrubbed through a full match to find three moments worth showing the squad, cliply is built to make that disappear.
cliply ships with a dark theme by default and a warm light theme you can switch to from your account settings. The interface has been redesigned with a refreshed logo and typography.
How cliply works
Everything in cliply follows a single flow: Organization → Projects → Videos → Clips → Share.
Organization
Your organization is the top-level workspace — it holds footage, members, clubs, teams, and your tag catalog. Set up your clubs and teams, invite your staff, and configure the analysis catalog that your decks pull from. See Organizations and teams.
Projects
A project is your analysis container — a season, a competition, or a block of matches. It holds videos and the clip library. Each project is linked to a deck — the customizable button board that defines your tag types, hotkeys, and clip capture windows. See Projects, collections & tags and Decks & catalog.
Videos
Bring footage into a project from any source: paste a YouTube link, upload a file from your device, or start a live capture during a match. See Upload videos.
Clips
Open a video and it launches the video analysis workspace in Analyze mode. Press the deck buttons (or the per-tag hotkeys) as the action unfolds — each press builds a clip around that moment. Add reactions (Good, Important, Doubt, To-fix), trim in/out points, attach tag variants, and telestrate on a freeze frame. See Create clips.
Share
Send a read-only share link to players and staff — no account needed. Group clips into collections for a pre-match briefing and export the footage you need.
The video analysis workspace
When you open a video inside a project, it opens in the video analysis workspace. A toggle at the top switches between two modes:
- Analyze mode (default) — this is where you create clips. The deck is active; press a button or its hotkey and cliply captures a clip around that instant. Use Analyze mode while watching footage you want to tag.
- View mode — this is where you review what you tagged. Clips play back sequentially; hotkeys become replay and navigation controls. Switch to View mode when you want to watch through your tagged moments without creating new ones.
Viewers who receive a share link see a read-only version of View mode — no account required.
