Staff feedback
Review the notes your coaches and analysts leave on clips, privately, and send them your evaluation.
On this page
Feedback lets a coordinator (an organization owner or admin) evaluate the notes their coaches and analysts leave on clips, and the plays themselves, without anyone else seeing it. You rate each play, add an optional comment, and send it to the teammate whenever you are ready.
An evaluation is visible only to the coordinator who wrote it and the teammate it is about. Other admins and the owner do not see it, and the teammate sees nothing until you send it. Feedback never travels in share links, exports, XML files, desktop sync or offline copies. If a teammate loses access to a private project, feedback about that project's footage disappears from their view.
Verdicts
Each play takes one verdict: OK, Not OK, Revisit or Standout, plus an optional private comment.

Open Review
In the video workbench, open the … menu and choose Review. A drawer opens over the rail; the clip log underneath stays as it is.
Judge the queue
To review deals your teammates' notes on this video one at a time, in match order. The play runs on the stage and the note rides it as a lower third. Press 1 to 4 (OK, Not OK, Revisit, Standout): the verdict stamps on the picture and the next note comes up. Press C to add a private comment; Enter saves it and it stays on the card as Your comment, with Edit. Use the arrows to go back and forth, and the picker to review one person. At the top, pick Notes or Plays: Plays lets you judge the plays and events a teammate tagged even without a note, and the feedback goes to whoever tagged it.
Send
What you judge is saved but not sent: the teammate does not see it yet. The foot of the queue shows "3 evaluations for Martín not sent" with its Submit button. Submit sends what you judged on this video only; another match is a separate send. Each queue row says where it stands: not sent, sent or seen.
The teammate gets one notification: "Laura sent you feedback". Opening it takes them to the video with Review open.
Replies
The Replies tab shows only the plays someone answered, on every video, grouped by video; each card names who you are talking to. The ones waiting on you come first, marked Your turn.
Each card is one play — the note, the verdict, your comment — with the conversation under it and a box to answer right there. Every conversation is about a single play and never closes.
- Press Enter (or Submit) to send; Shift + Enter adds a line.
- Selecting the play runs its clip on the stage.
Each reply notifies the other side, at most once a day.
Receive feedback
You hear about it twice: the bell ("Laura sent you feedback"), which opens the video straight on Review, and the weekly email digest if it is still unread. Neither ever includes the comment itself.
On a video you received feedback on, Review opens on Received: each judged play runs its clip with the coordinator's words as a lower third, and you answer it right there. Once you open it, the coordinator sees it as seen. A play from a private project you can't open does not appear. Owners and admins can receive feedback too: their Received tab sits next to To review.
Read-only members (viewers) can receive feedback, read it and reply.
Players
The Players tab gathers what players left on this video through collab links: comments and reactions from every link, one card per play. Each comment says which link it came through, and reactions show how many and from whom. The plays with the latest activity come first (or in match order), and you can filter by link. Your turn marks plays where a player spoke last, and new what arrived since your last visit.
Tapping the play runs it with the latest comment as a lower third. What you reply there is a public note on the clip: players read it in their link. When someone comments or reacts, the bell notification opens this tab at the play.
On each roster player's page, the Comments tab gathers what they said across every video. Since links only take a typed name, the page suggests names that look like theirs ("Is Ana Ana Torres?"); confirm once and everything that arrives under that name is theirs from then on. If you get it wrong, unlink it from the same tab.
The whole staff sees this tab, not just coordinators. It is not private feedback: it is the same talk the clip notes already show.
Plans
Writing and sending feedback is available on every paid plan (Solo, Team, Club, Enterprise) and locked on Free. Reading and replying are never locked, so history stays readable after a downgrade.
