Send a video to another club
Publish a video and its analysis as a link — another club adds their own copy to build on.

A share link lets someone watch what you tagged. This is different: Send to another club hands that club a working copy — the video's clips, events, playlists, drawings and notes land in their own organization, ready for them to keep tagging. Only organization owners and admins can publish one.

Open the video's menu
From the Videos list — the table or the project grid — open a video's … (More) menu and choose Send to another club.
Fill in the drawer
What is it for is optional: one line for whoever opens the link.
Single use is on by default — the link turns off the moment another club adds the video to their organization. Turn it off if you want several clubs to be able to add it from the same link.
Create and send it
Click Create link, then Copy, and send it however you like. The recipient doesn't need a cliply account to see what it holds — only to add it.
Anyone holding the link can see what it holds. It is never listed or indexed.
A copy of the current state
Publishing takes a copy of the clips, events, playlists, drawings and notes as they stand at that moment. Tag more afterward and the link doesn't change — press Update with current analysis when you want to send what you've added since. Turn off link kills it for good; publish a new one later and it gets a new address, so anyone who had the old link is locked out.
If a single-use link has already been used, the drawer tells you so and lets you create another to send it again.
What's included and what isn't
A published link hands out:
- Clips, with their tag, variants and drawings
- Events, with their type and note
- Playlists, in order
- The video's talking points
- The AI report
- The match's game date and result
It leaves behind:
- Players and lineups
- Zones
- Comments and reactions
The video itself
If the video has a YouTube source, it's included with the analysis. Otherwise — a video hosted in your organization's cloud storage, on Vimeo, at a media URL, or on disk — only the analysis is included. The receiving club attaches their own copy of the match afterward, from Edit video: YouTube, Vimeo, a media URL, an upload, or a file from disk, the same options as adding any video.
If the video is hosted in your organization's cloud storage, the drawer points this out: your stored file never leaves your organization. Whoever adds the video gets the clips, events and everything else, then links their own copy of the match to it.
This isn't the same as Duplicate on a cloud video inside your own organization. That copy uses the same stored file as the original — delete or replace the media on either one and both lose the video, and the copy counts toward your storage too. A club that adds a shared video attaches its own file instead, so it never shares storage with yours.
Receiving a video from another club
Open the link signed out, or with no account, and you see a summary: who shared it, how many clips and events it has, the tags with how many clips each, the event types, the playlists, and whether it plays from YouTube or is analysis-only. Sign in to add it takes you to sign in and back.
Signed in, the link opens over your Videos list. What lands in your catalog shows which tags, events and qualifiers match something you already have — those get reused under your own names — and which ones are new. Pick a project under Add to project and click Add to my organization. You land in the new video's workbench.
If the link is single use, it stops working the moment it's added — opening it again shows that the link is no longer live. Adding the video counts against your plan like any other video.
Managing the links you've published
The Links page in the sidebar has two tabs: For viewing — your regular share links — and Sent — the videos and decks you've sent to other clubs, with how many times each has been added, its status, and actions to copy, update or turn off each one.
Decks share the same way
A deck can be shared by link too. Open Share by link on a deck in the deck manager — whoever opens the link adds a copy of the deck to their organization, and tags they already have are reused instead of duplicated. Unlike video links, a deck link is not single use: it stays open to every club that opens it until you turn it off.
