cliply has five plan tiers. The Free plan covers the core workflow at no cost, and the paid plans add capabilities on top of it. Current prices are on cliply.video/pricing — this article covers what each tier includes, not what it costs.
If your team was approved in the private beta, your first organization starts on a complimentary Solo plan for one month. When it lapses the organization falls back to Free until you pick a plan. For current pricing see cliply.video/pricing or contact us.
Plan tiers
Free, Solo, Team, Club and Enterprise scale from a solo analyst to a full club's coaching staff. Billing is per organization: each plan is a flat price with a hard cap on members, not a per-seat charge.

Each tier includes everything below it.
Free
No payment required, on any organization. You get one project and up to five videos, tagged and telestrated on your device, plus read-only share links — enough to run the core workflow end to end before footage ever leaves your machine.
Every video source works on Free: a YouTube or Vimeo link, a direct .mp4/.webm/.mov URL, or a file picked straight off your computer. Only uploading a file to cliply's cloud needs a plan with cloud storage.
Solo
For a single coach or analyst. Projects and videos become unlimited, and Solo adds XML tag-library import/export and state snapshots, the curated Video Library, offline capture and offline-review downloads, Player CV pages, board animations, and clip export cut in the browser from the file on your device.
Team
Our recommended tier for most coaching staffs. Everything in Solo for up to 3 members at a flat price — no per-seat math — plus smart clip lists: saved natural-language filters over your clips.
Club
For organizations that need cloud-based workflows. Adds cloud video upload with 500 GB of storage, AI match analysis, server-side clip export, and a monthly allowance of AI credits included with the plan.
Enterprise
For academies and federations running multiple clubs or squads. Everything in Club, with unlimited members and storage, multi-org management, and desktop fleet support. Enterprise is sales-led — contact us to talk about your setup.
What all plans share
Every plan bills at a flat monthly or yearly rate — not per seat — up to that plan's member limit, and every recurring plan (Solo, Team, Club, Enterprise) includes a 14-day free trial before your card is charged. Regardless of tier, every cliply plan also includes:
- Live tagging with the buttons deck
- Per-tag hotkeys and pre/post-roll configuration
- Clip library with flag and filter
- Telestration on freeze frames
- Read-only share links (no account needed for viewers)
The Cloud add-on
You do not have to jump to Club to get cloud video. Any organization on Free, Solo or Team can add Cloud from the Subscription tab: a monthly add-on sold in storage blocks that turns on cloud video backup and server-side exports on your current plan. AI match analysis stays a Club capability, and the add-on grants no monthly credits — server exports draw from purchased credit packs. See cliply.video/pricing for the current price and block size.
Credit packs
Need more AI analysis or server export than your plan's monthly allowance covers? Buy a one-time credit pack from Org Settings > Credits tab:

The Credits tab is only visible if credit purchases are enabled for your deployment. If you don't see it, that's expected, not a bug — see How credits work for details.
Support tiers
Support isn't a separate portal — every organization uses the same contact form. Your plan determines your support response expectations: Solo and Team include Standard support, Club adds Premium support and onboarding training, and Enterprise adds Premium support with an SLA and dedicated onboarding.
Changing your plan
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the Subscription tab in your organization settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
