Dashboard pins
Keep your most-used projects, videos and collections one click away on the dashboard.

The dashboard's Now tab lays out three columns side by side: Pinned, Recent videos and To do. When Recent videos or To do has nothing to show, that column steps aside and the others take its width. Pin anything you come back to often and it's waiting for you in the first column the next time you sign in.
What you can pin
You can pin projects, videos and collections. Open the "…" menu on any of them and choose Pin to dashboard; once it's pinned, that same menu item reads Unpin from dashboard. That includes the "…" menu inside a video's workspace, so you can pin the match you're tagging without leaving it. Recent video rows on the dashboard also show a pin button when you hover them, so you can pin a video straight from there.
The Pinned column
Pinned items are listed by kind: projects first, then videos, then collections. Clicking one opens it where it lives — the project itself, the video's analysis, or the collection. Hover a pinned row and its unpin button removes it directly, no need to go find the original item's menu.
Unpinning never changes the project, video or collection itself — it only removes it from your Pinned section.
Recent videos keeps showing the last videos you worked on automatically. Pins are separate: they're only the items you've chosen to keep close — and a video you pin moves out of Recent videos, so it never shows up twice.
Personal, per organization
Pins belong to you, not your team — a teammate has their own set, and if you're in more than one organization, each one has its own pins too. Members with the Viewer role can pin as well.
You can pin up to 20 items per organization. Once you hit that limit, unpin something first to make room for another.
When an item goes away
Deleting a project, video or collection removes it from everyone's pins. Archiving one does the same — and unarchiving it later doesn't bring the pin back, so you'd need to pin it again. Archived items can't be pinned in the meantime.
Web only
Dashboard pins live in the web dashboard. They don't show up in the desktop app.
