How to reach the cliply team when you're stuck.

On this page

The team actively monitors feedback and bug reports, and response times are typically fast.

Before reaching out

A few quick checks that resolve most issues without needing support:

  1. Check Troubleshooting for fixes to common problems.
  2. Check FAQ for answers to common questions.
  3. Refresh the page — some issues resolve themselves after a reload.
  4. On the desktop app, make sure you are running the latest version (check the About window).

How to reach the team

Email: Send a message to the cliply support address. Look for the "Contact" or "Support" link at the bottom of cliply.video. The contact form on the website routes directly to the team.

In-app: If you see a "Contact support" or "Send feedback" option inside the app, use it — the message is pre-populated with your version number and organization ID, which speeds up diagnosis.

What to include in your message

The more context you provide, the faster the team can help:

IncludeWhy it helps
The URL when the issue occurredContains org, project, and video IDs
Steps to reproduce"I clicked X, then Y, then saw Z"
Screenshot or recordingShows the exact state of the UI
Desktop app versionVisible in the About window
Your operating systemFor desktop issues
Error message textCopy the exact wording, not a paraphrase

Feedback

Your feedback is the most valuable input the team gets. Beyond bug reports, the team welcomes:

  • Workflow friction you ran into
  • Features you expected and did not find
  • Things that worked better than expected

You can send feedback the same way as a support request — there is no separate channel.

Response times

cliply is a small team. Response times are typically within one business day, often faster. Complex issues may take longer to investigate, but the team will acknowledge your message and keep you updated.

Include your organization name

If you are reaching out about a billing or account issue, include your organization name in the message. It lets the team pull up your account without a back-and-forth.

Still need a hand?

Our team is happy to help you out.
